Hi friends today I share my personal experience about Kotak mahindra bank. Once I applied personal loan because of reasonable interest rate. Initially the service is very fast they clearly explained the documents which is required for personal loan.
They collected the documents from me and cleared the application form and I submitted to them with cheque leafs.
After applying I waited for four days nobody called me regarding my personal loan.
So. I called the person who got document from me. He said I handed over to loan department and he given some another number for further details.
I called to the next guy he too don't know the status like this they circulated around four more contact numbers. Around one month I run behind them to get the loan approval. Finally I complained to the customer care then they will take around two weeks for loan approval and the loan amount got transferred to my savings account.
Initially they told 11.29% of interest per lack money. But, now I am paying around 11.75% of interest.
It has no genuine to the customer.
Very bad staff attitude.
Then they issued me credit card by saying life time free credit card. So, I accepted and reached me. After one month they send around 1299 rupees for credit card and due amount so and so. Then, I contacted the customer care about the charges then they try to convince about the charges. Then, I decided to cancelled that credit card. For cancellation they took around one week of time. It is totally waste of time to run behind to get the money. Its very horrible experience for me. Thank you.
