On 11 sept I tried to withdraw money from my ATM card but message saying incorrect PIN appeared and I pressed Cancel button. However I received a message saying 10000/-(ten thousand rupees) withdrawn from salary account.
I MAILED THE ISSUE AT sevice.bank@kotak.com NO RESPONSE.
I Complained the same to customer service, as a result after 7 days only 1000/-(one thousand) was Cred824ited back.
When I talked to the escalation desk the person says there might have been some communication error and takes another complain.
One day later I receive an email saying the issue is resolved but nothing happened.
Again and again I am talking to customer SERVICE they don't listen THE MAILS ARE NEVER ADDRESSED.
I WANT TO SUE THIS BANK.
