Hi Friends! Today I will write about the Kitchen Restaurant Indira Nagar Lucknow.Recently I got a chance to eat their food so I thought I must write about it.I ate Paneer Tikka which cost me 230 and Veg Crispy at 230 INR.Now I will tell you about them and their food so lets start below without wasting time.
Food And Presentation-Do not hope for this feature as there is no seating arrangements they just provide you food not place for seating and eating your meal.Now talking about Quality of good so it is just average not much taste not too bad it is just normal food.The packaging of food is a point where they should pay attention as some of their items get wet by packaging therefore you can not eat them .It is a wastage of your money .talking about presentation of food so it is also not present here as they pack food in such manner where do not hope a single point of presentation of food in in the food packet .So according to me this point is totally absent in them.They should reduce the salt quantity in Veg Crispy and should make less fry Panner Tikka. It is a veg Food Restaurant .
Ambience-Talking about this feature so it is also absent in them as they do not have any seating arrangements or any such shop where you can hope for ambience so it is totally absent in them .As you have to give your order and then take your order from food counter. Ambience is not at all here.
Customer Service-It is absolute pathetic as their workers are very rude and unprofessional in behavior they do not know a single thing about hospitality .They talk in an irritating behavior which makes you feel so angry on them and you just wish to leave that place as soon as you can.The time of talking order and delivering order is also very long and there is huge gap between both thing .As first of all you have to call them so many time to give your order and after giving your order you can to wait and again call them so many time for asking about the delivery of food.Meanwhile if you ask their worker anything else so they talk you in very rude behavior .Which is a very big minus point of them.
Value For Money- I will not say it is value For Money place .As first of all their rates are high in comparison to others and moreover being high price they serve you little amount of dish.And adding surprise to this you do not get a single seat at their place where you can seat and eat your meal peacefully .Another bad point is their workers which make you feel that you have wasted your money.You can get much better service and ambience with delicious eating items with in same price.
So think before visiting here.If you have potential to tolerate bad behavior of workers then you can go here or if you fond of having food without any ambience so you can try them.
