The one biggest damn horror in 2 wheelers is Flyte.
Though mahindra has taken it over, still looks a damn horror, because they dont care for customers.
The biggest disadvantages are:
The ground clearance, easily gets hit on spead breakers.
The fuel tank, is a big trouble, breaks due to its design and ground clearance.
Though looks like a fancy item, has all the substandard parts.
The hazardous experience for any customer, he realizes it very late are:
- Customer Service Centres.
In Hyderabad, there are only 2 service centres,
a. Surya Wheels, - a big damn bast*rds who always damage the customers vehicles, poor service, and make money out of unnecessary troubles to customers. After first free service, mileage and pickup has gone for a toss. They broke my luggage box in the 2nd free service itself, and when I complained about this, they assured to get a free replacement of it by 3rd service, and it turned out to be a nightmare. Mr. Krishna Rao, manager, who was a clear witness for these events remained calm, and just I hear that Mr. Mallesh, supervisor for service section was removed. Finally they suppressed the matter leaving customer at stake to bear loss.
b. Durga Kinetic - The service is definitely good, as far as I have seen, but the biggest problem is they fool the customers with unnecessary and redundant Charges like oil replacement, which they donot do, but charge customers to make money. They seem to be over enthusiastic in billing.
I have bills to prove the same. Is anyone interested in customers.
Though Surya wheels is the official dealer in advertisements, has a poor customer focus, and the latter is more focussed in making money out of innocence of customers. They are very rude in behaviour threatening the customers at difficult times raised by them. The seem to be the boss of Flyte. They should be banned first.
There are only 2 service centres, and flyte customers are helpless here.
Mahindra being a great company [acquired kinetic] also seems a damnsell distress for flyte customers, as they dont help them much, they are more focused in sales rather than service.
Show me one good way how can a customer approach them, or are they approachable, and freindly to customers.
The value for money they show is zero, absolute 0.

I have purchased flyte only after seeing the reviews on mouthshut as it was a new vehicle launched.
Dont ever go by looks, first look at the service concept first. If you dont get a proper service, and the vehicle gives problems for any reason, then it is a big waste to purchase.
Lastly, Mileage, it never gave above 40, it gave 40 only when service was good and no part was damaged by Service centre. Otherwise it is absolute 30-35/36 kmpl. Never you will get more than this.
Mahindra people atleast learn this first to focus on service rather than only sales.
I tried to reach Mahindra2wheelers from their official site feedback form couple of times, but I got a php error instead. Clearly their site is not working properly to listen to a customer.
I have written a complaint informing the Mahindra2wheelers staff by sending a mail to patankar.sagar@mahindra2wheelers.com on July 15, 2009, as their site gives a php error.
On July 17, 2009, I get a call from Pune, Mahindra2wheelers office, having a discussion on the problems with Mr. Praveen.
They were in a state of assumption it is a spare part problem, but I clearly explained them it is the service problem which the dealers of kinetic have created to the customers.
They ended the call, saying they would require 15 days time to address the issue.
On the very next day, I got a call from Hyderabad, Mahindra2wheelers, stating the problem would be resolved on Monday July 21, 2009, and I had to explain the whole scenario, about misbehaviour and poor care for customers by Surya Wheels, Ranigunj, under supervision of Mr. Krishna Rao, and the old supervisor Mallesh, who has given a gr8 contribution for the situation, and then about over enthusiastic and unnecessary billing done by Durga Kinetic, though service was good till now.
Now nothing turned out till now.
I am not expecting even a response from them, because the customers here are helpless.
I can only suggest dont purchase flyte atleast from now.
