Dear Parents,
As the new session is going to start and parents are on their research to get the best place for their kids future thought to pen down my experience and review for this school. My daughter Shivani Khanwani was associated with this school from Jan 2016 to Oct 2018, she was admitted in Playschool, my workplace is nearby so I have done a tour of all daycares and school where I can put my little one, for working and single mother is very much important that your child is in safe hands, Playschool journey went well, feedback was taken positively, good communication from school also she started having food and other activities as she was so young was not able to communicate what going on with her In school.
For her its new also. But slowly and gradually things started when she able to communicate with me and whenever I cross check with management I use to get an answer that your daughter cook stories & she is stubborn Once I had discussion with them that she started raising hands very frequently need to have check on daycare activities as entire day she is in school and at home no one is there whom she learn so, I got an answer from management that as she doesn’t have father she is doing so. Straight away, the thing becomes started worst when she was in PP1 when she mentioned that her teacher paste tape on her face because she was talking too much and I got hurt and it was painful when she pulled it out. I called teacher and discussed the same to understand the fact they mentioned nothing happened such if I want I can check CCTV footage, this incident was on Wednesday, I called on Thursday to discuss with the teacher, same evening my daughter comes and tell, mom, I am sorry because I lied to u, you came and watch CCTV camera, nothing much happened. I probe a lot and then she told me that her teacher scold and told the same, right away I called school principal discussed the same, she mentioned she will revert me on this, next day on Friday I went to school to check CCTV footage, school admin mentioned as memory was full they have deleted all footage and I cannot have recording after cross-questioning them that if memory was full they would have deleted the old footage why recent one, they call their computer person and she mentioned its happened by mistake … still, I let it go because I was associated with this school last one year,
They changed my daughter section in the middle of term when I enquired the answer I got she is stubborn we have changed her teacher so the new teacher can able to control her … and this was without any discussion or my consent.
My daughter was going through homeopathy treatment for adenoids, I have to put doze which needs to be fed twice a day and as she is in daycare request school to take care of her. All of sudden got a call from management mentioning that today she has distributed medicine to other kids also in the van, please sending only necessary dosage not the full bottle. I explained to my child not to do so and followed the instruction, after a couple of days I went there her teacher complained the same, in between when I called to check on her, co-ordinate mentioned the same, it’s like child don’t know this all things, they called and me instructed as parent I followed them, again after few days I went to pick her up, principal was there and she complained the same thing, after listening so many times I just asked one question, where was your teachers or Ammas when she was distributing to other kids in van, it means kids were un attend able that’s the reason no one of there to stop her, as a parent I should ask this but I am cooperating you, last 15 days I got almost 5 times same complain, do you have answer for this?
The answer I got from Principal in front of the entire staff was that we have 15 kids in class and almost more than 10 kids in the van, our staff cannot be always alert or available to handle such situation. It gave me a nightmare, it means tomorrow if anything goes wrong in premises they will not take responsibility as they don’t have live streaming and access to footage is near to impossible, after waiting hours we only get some recording that to be the only video no audio, security was concern for me from day one but such response from higher management made me think on my decision.
And one sudden day hardly 15 days after this incident, at night when she went on the bed, her lips were bleeding, when I asked her how it happened she mentioned in school she fell down from chair but she strictly instructed not to call her teacher and not to come to school for footage.
I took overnight decision to not to send her and after 1 week of leave admitted in another school.
but things don’t stop there, I tried reaching her principal. they didn’t even bother to revert my call, as fees are advance I went almost after months in Feb end to settle the account, that day also management mentioned that you daughter cook stories and she was very naughty and stubborn and especially told one bitter sentence for my daughter which really hurt me, again I tried reaching Principal to discuss but same behavior they even not bother to call me back .very obvious when my child was associated with them, they never bother. Can’t expect much when she is not with them.
Moral of the story what I learned from more than 2 years of association with them as a parent we cannot rely on anyone blindly, regular checking is very essentials, trust your child not the school, because my child left school almost 6 months back but still management talk ill about my kids to other parents who were friends of my child.
Maybe they least bother about their reputation and for them, it hardly makes a difference if anyone child leaves the school or withdraw.
