Pathetic service and the worst customer service ever faced!
I booked my car on 27-Apr-2022. The wait time was 17-21 weeks. On 16-Sep they sent me an email informing me that the vehicle was allocated but was soon deallocated after 6 days. I am going for a leased vehicle and it takes some time(7-8 days) to process the documents. I asked them to wait for some time and was ready to provide a paycheck in full as a matter of trust but sales folks(Sunil, Veda) deallocated it without any information. They again promised that vehicle would be allocated in a week or two.
I have been in no. 1 in the KHT queue and no. 4 in Karnataka for the past 6 weeks but still, they are not able to allocate a single vehicle(this reflects the brand value of KHT Motors). They have no concrete estimated time of vehicle allocation now.
They have all kinds of false excuses for not allocating the vehicle.
Manager, AGM - no one ever responds to emails. No contact numbers are shared for escalations.
