Average. Review on Khanna and Iyer

Atlast the film is on the silver screen. The film introducing the winners of Zee cinestars season I (Aditi sharma and sarvar ahuja) is finally released.Unable to overcome the conflicting cultural values of their families, Aryan Khanna(sarvar) and Nandini Iyer (aditi) run away from home. While they are on the run, a series of unforeseen circumstances unfold.

Unknown to them, a cd containing a proof of the link between a famous politician and an infamous terrorist finds its way into their bag. Chased by their parents and the cops and the terrorists in the jungle of  Lal dora, they run in and out of a series of adventures and misadventures.The film has the same old and boring storyline.There is nothing new in the film.But, I must add the two duo are looking fantastic together with brilliant acting skills.

The performances are commendable. Sarwar Ahuja does very well. He has the trappings of a fine actor and given the right roles, the youngster has the ability to go far. Aditi Sharma is equally confident and comes across as a bundle of talent. It’s a perfect performance! Manoj Pahwa is a live wire and in terrific form, while Mushtaq Khan gets a meaty role after a long time. He is excellent.The songs are also fine. Not so goodOn the whole, KHANNA & IYER is an ordinary fare that doesn’t have much to salvage it. The low-key promotion coupled with lack of face-value as also a weak script will make the effort go unnoticed.
