Visited KFC, MG ROAD, COCHIN on 23/10/2011.I been to KFC in chennai, bangalore and various outlets around the globe.
I asked for twister wrap meal with pop corn. popcorn wasnt available and opted for hot wings.If u prefer chicken with huge amount of salt then KFC, MG Road is your apt destination.quantity is much less.KFC, india website states lots of stuffing for twister wrap.But I hardly found any of the mentioned stuffing in the wrap.
coming to customer service part-AC was not working.I repeatedly asked the floor manager to restart the AC.They nodded and went to the ground floor. after a while they came back and stood in a corner without restarting AC. After several request, CSM met me. he started the split AC and changed my table near split AC.
washroom wasnt clean and hygeine.
But Frappe was awesome.
