Hi, As far as purifier goes I am satisfied with it. Issue is with service support. After very first service of purifier ( that I got after complaining about it ) purified water outflow is reduced. I again complained and case was handed over to Surender Gupte.
Service executive contacted once and I have requested him to visit in morning but after that he has not visited and its almost 10 days. Kent being one of the most trusted brand after Aqua, I have not expected such unprofessional service ans support from them.
I would like to request customers that please buy product with better and prompt service but not from ok service provider such as Kent. I said OK service provider cause they did took my complaint and forwarded to executive its on paper and never executed. My order# P/2012/30648.
