PATHETIC, UNRELIABLE, USELESS, Water purifier. Review on Kent Superb 9 L RO + UV +UF Water Purifier

Yesterday my 1.5 years old Kent water purifier stopped working. This is my feedback to you:

1. BAD AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE: I registed complaint and got sms that Mr Nitin(8888870253) will repair the system. I made 12 calls to him and he didnt picked up. I sms'ed and called Shrikant(who is Pune / Maharastra head 7066036648). Neither he picked the call or replied on SMS. Then again I registered complaint and got it repaired. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE AND ITS EMPLOYEES.

   
   




2. UNRELIABLE AND HOPELESS PRODUCT: It is not even 1.5 years old and its Balast and UV stopped working. I need to spent 1705 Rs to get it repaired. This is in addition to annual servicing and replacing of refills that was done in June 2017 with a cost of 1300 Rs. HOW CAN BE PARTS OF A PRODUCT STOPS WORKING AFTER 1.5 YEARS? It is more unreliable than chinese lamps or mobile. My one relative had bought duplicate Kent purifier two years back and it is more reliable then your authentic / original KENT water purifier. WHAT A SHAME?

   
   




3. This was mentioned in my last email also. You have cheated us as your RO does not guarantee the healthy limit around 50 TDS. It reduces the TDS and I get TDS around 20-25 which is not good for health. You brouchure totally tell lie about its specification.

   
   




4. I have used Aqua Guard for more than 10 years and it is still working at my other house. Its 1000 times more affordable, reliable as compared to Kent. And its after sales service is much more responsive as compared to KENT. This is one of the mistake/foolishness that I choosed KENT instead of Aqua Guard who gave me 10 years of service without any instance of compliant.

   
   

I have a question to KENT: Can you please take back this bulshit product and return me 30 - 50% of my money back. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCT.
