I bought Kent wonder RO in Feb 2020 and no one told me that I need to get the service done every 2-3 months. My water consumption is 10 litres a day only and I have only corporation water supply and no boring water at my residence in West delhi. After 7 months (sept), one light kept blinking and water started coming after some wait...I called the Kent service agent - shivam and he said one filter has dust so it has to be changed! I was surprised, why so early....Another surprise was, he said " filter rod has to be changed in pairs"! So even if one filter was working fine, it was changed !?? If they are changed in pairs, they should come in pairs..why are they packaged individually ?? I am feeling cheated...is the quality of filter rods sooo poor that with such less water consumption, I have to get rid changed ??? And why such info are not disclosed initially. So is Shivam cheating or Kent RO cheating consumers ???
