Hi, I bought Kent RO super plus RO on 25th Aug. First of all your customer care support sucks. They doesn't answer calls as they are always busy. I spent almost 100 bugs to get connected to them. Neither I got any callback. I called on a different number than, which is 01203870425 and talked to an installation executive Vinod Sharma who behaved very rudely and instead of empathizing with customer started using rash language and shouted on me stating that I can't help it talk to customer care directly. .
At last I was able to contact customer care but the lady didn't know what I am talking about as I informed her that your installation guy itself said that your membrane is not working properly and TDS is coming to be around 300 so kindly call customer service to get this fixed. She gave me a complaint no 772832....I hope quick action will be taken before I approach the consumer court.
