We had bought this Kent RO Pearl Water Purifier two years ago. It's price is not so high as compared to its features. And it gave me one year guarantee . It's very easy to use and handle. For one year, it worked nicely . The container has the capacity to hold up to 8 Lt if water. It's look and design is simple not so attractive. After one year, the quality of water it gives is not so pure. I am not satisfied with it. And it required to replace the filter very frequently. And the worst thing is that, it's service is very poor. They accept the complain after calling it's service center for 3-4 times. And every time, it costs me 300rs as a service charge. I am just fed up with this. Due to its, bad service, I have recently bought a new water purifier of another brand.
