I have a kent grand plus water purifier.
The unit started leaking within 6 months of buying. Its 15 months now. The service charges for this purifier is nothing but daylight robbery.
In the last 3 months, I have spent over 10K and now I get the warning indicator again. I changed all filters and the RO membrane on May 28 through the service provider(Surakshaa) in Bangalore and now the same people say I need to replace all filters and RO membrane. When I say its hardly 3 months since they replaced, they say they used Non-Kent product whose warranty is only one month.
If Kent authroized service providers install Non-Kent filters and say I have to replace it again in 3 months, I feel like a fool to have bought this filter.
NO more KENT products in my life.
