We brought a new kent gold purifier from the shop.The shop guys told kent people will come to install within 24 hours But it took 4 days to come.
In that 4 days we were calling customer care continuously they were not responding properly They were telling they will come tomorrow for sure the next day nobody came.
We called customer care nearly for 10 times a day to get a proper response.4th day he came and installed.
The customer service and customer care both are bad but the product is good.
You will get frustrated till they come and install.
