Hi friends, I am using this kenstar Shiney Dx Steam, so I wanted to share my bad experience of kenstar Shiney Dx Steam irons , I purchased this kenstar irons 3 months ago , the style and looking is bad and hotting time is very low , and I using time power button is automatically off, and wire heating problem in kenstar irons , so I contact to survice center , they told me that it has manufactured defect , so I cannot held you, my family members is very upset for his survice management
