The worst ever product and worst attitude of repre. Review on kenstar karishma

I bought this processor on 20th dec 2015 and within two months the blade of the grinder jar broke while grinding coconut chutney. I raised a complaint at their customer care number on 21st feb 2016 and they said within 48hrs it will be replaced. I recieved a call on monday from their representative and was assured that on tuesday he will come and change it. But no one came. I called myself and was told the blade is not available and it has to come fro some part of Bangalore itself and will be done soon. I got a message later that if in 2 days no action is taken I should call the area manager. And on 3rd day today I again called the area manager and he is still saying the same thing that part not available. He is not ready to commit any date. From one week I have not been able to use it. And he is saying who knows what will happen in future so they cant commit anything. This is not acceptable from a professional company. And when I said we will go to consumer Court he said by all means we can go. He does not care. I have used 2 brands of mixers grinders in the last 10 yrs but never had any such problem. This is the worst experience I had. Buyers pls think 100 times before buying any product of this brand.
