Karur Vysya Bank. Review on Karur Vysya Bank

I want to share my opinion about the Karur Vysya Bank so before one year I have open account in the Karur Vysya bank and I want to share my banking experience with all of you so basically before one year I was totally feeling good when I have open the bank account but after that I come on with some experiences but due to that I was really disappointed by their services so after opening the account I had applied for the ATM card and they have assured me that you your ATM card will be shipped at your house in between 8 to 10 days but it take really one month and I have to make two or three round 2 that Bank after that that occurred ATM card was credited at my home to this was the major problem for me after that the Karur Vysya bank has not enough ATM in every City because the there is a one rule of the ATM card that we can only we withdrawal of 3free withdrawal by the another ATM of another bank and so I have been charged so many time because of the unavailability of the ATM of The Karur Vysya Bank now I come on the net banking so in the net banking id important part and I have also applied there so they have really don't help me in the first time they have said firstly that you have to link your bank account with Aadhar card so I have also done with this but after that there was two or three or more a requirement about the regulations and after that it also takes really 15 days to link my account with the net banking after that I was happy with the internet banking I am using the net banking since 3 months but when I had gone to the bank and I had tell that please update my passbook so they didn't have done with this they have tell that that you are all transaction are in your mobile phone so why you are making the bank passbook updated it so I said them that it is a requirement as per our requirement for any work I have requirement to update my passbook to entry all the things all the transactions in a pass book but they didn't have done with this in the first time so the entire Moto which I want to say recently is that that the customer service is very bad they are not preferred they are not belong to the customer service they are only in running their bank according to me that so that is my opinion by experiencing the total Bank in one year so this was my opinion about the Karur Vysya bank thanks a lot
