Hi friends, I wanted to share my experience with Karur KCP courier services. I want to its a most disgusting service what they are giving. I wanted to send a courier to Delhi 2weeks back. I spend around 175Rs on the parcel to send urgently. I asked for the receipt but they didn't give instead said that I will receive it via SMS. I said OK. But I didn't receive any text message. My parcel was supposed to be delivered in 48hours. But it wasn't. I was a bot worried and immediately contacted the complaints team. I said that I haven't received any text message about the receipt. The parcel was also missing. I was totally nervous because that was an important property document. I shouted at them for the irresponsibility. Later, I received a call from them saying the parcel was lost and found in the their office.
Guys, I recommend not to trust any courier service unless they give you a printed receipt.
