I think it would be big mistake for south Indians to buy this brand, very less service centers are available, and we have to knock many doors. Sometimes the online seller also misguide you to find authorized service centers. I sometimes fells Indians cheating Indians. Another point is that what a nice website(Karbonn) but useless you also can check and understand. I have chosen 1 star because of the sales after service.
