Kanyakumari southernmost jewel of India. Review on Kanyakumari

Kanyakumari a must go place for everyone who lives in India or who come from outside, this city situated at southernmost part of India, It is in state of Tamil nadu.

One can travel frm any means of transport to kanyakumari, but mostly people prefer railways,  but you can travel from roadways and airways too.

When you reach kanyakumari, you can stay in pg, hotels guest house etc, normally hotels and guest houses are available at optimum price, but if you go in festival season specially, in Christmas time or new year time, you will have too face much difficulties to find hotels at budget price. So try to prebook before you plan to go to kanyakumari.

Kanyakumari mainly famous for VIVEKANAND ROCK MEMORIAL, THIRUVALLUAR STATE, KUMARI TEMPLE, AND RANSOM CHURCH,

But there few more temples and parks there, then beaches are there, kanyakumari beach, twin beach etc

Kumari temple , and on this goddess name only kanyakumari city got it's name,  and thiruvalluar was great tamil poet who wrote ramayan in tamil, and vivekanand rock memorial where vivekanand took meditative consciousness(samadhi) and you can travel there from boat, and visit it.

In kanyakumari you can see both sunrise and sunset both.

There is ransom church and it's architecture is awesome, and in Christmas time it's too much crowded.

When you go outskirts of kanyakumari there is mountain and locals says when hanuman ji gone to Lanka with sanjeevani that time small part of mountain fall there, so u can climb that mountain and one small temple there on top and nice scenery also u can see from mountain top.

Foods drinks all easily available at cheap rates all variety of food available.

There you can buy variety of handicrafts etc lots of things to shop.

So I suggest everyone to go to India, s southernmost part(kanyakumari) once in life.
