Just when you think you have had three Rahman albums in a period of 3 months here comes the fourth one. The biggest Surprise is that Rahman has composed some contemprory numbers for Bharathiraja...
1) Cindrella - Rahman - Hariharan combo.
Has everything that you could expect when these 2 people team. Hariharan eases through the song. The way he sings '' Agayam asirvadhikka'' just shows how much he's enjoyed this song. The beat is reminesent of ''Sonnalum'' from Kadhal Virus. Lyrics are simple and good.

2) Theekuruvi - Harini, Johnson & Mukesh.
This song is just for everyone. Starts with a weird male voice but turns out to be a real pleaser. The biggest plus for this song is Harini and the interludes Rahman uses. Specially the mandolin piece used as backing in the second saranam. Mukesh does a cool job on his debut. Great song shows versitality of Harini and rahman proves there's nobody like him in experimentation. Good and different lyrics too.

3) Ennuyir thozi - Unnimennon, Chimayi.
This song is definetly for all melody lovers. Simple song , great https://lyrics. The string pieces throughout the song is fantastic. Unnimennon is definetly sounding better in this song. Chinmayi is her true self here and extremly good when she reaches high pitch. Again a true winner.

4) Ah Ah Tamillamma - Matahngi, Rehana.
A song on the likes of ''yeh yeh ennachu'' and ''Sahakalakka baby'' types. Instant hit as song is catchy. Rahman has tried Club house kind of music in this. The major plus for this song is the way Blaaze has backed this song with his vocals. All he does his chant '' Ka na cha ....'' but it is a true innovation. Good party number. Lyrics r this girl freedom types and ok. True example of rahman's innovative score.

5) Anarkali - Karthik, Chitra sivaraman.
This song is just it. How I pity for those who cannot understand Tamil but love good https://lyrics. Karthik is the best when it come to singers of this generation for me. This song just shows you why. This duo of karthik and chitra is very kucky they get great numbers from rahman. As for the song the lyrics r stunning. The first stanza is just brilliant. Just listen ti o it and u'll know. This will be one of my all time favorite numbers. The ga ri ri sa part adds on to the momentum of the song. This song shows why simple tunes r winners.

Just a refreshing album from Rahman. Totally unexpected for a Bharathiraja film. If u like to listen to good music with good lyrics this album is a must buy. Rahman shows his innovativeness once again and has come out Trumphs with this album.
