I'm hereby writing this review after a prolonged wait and continuous follow-ups with the entire team of Kamai elevators.
1st. Mr.gopal who was the sales executive then who made the deal with us and no more with the company. committed to us about a lot of terms and now is no more hence the company is harassing us with these things.
2nd Mr.Hemant who was also a part of sales made commitments and is no more a part of the company.
We have been highlighting issues to them from the time the lift was installed but the people kept changing and it went to no ears.
product delivery was really bad. nothing as promised the lift cabin was full of scratches. the elevator operational buttons and panels outside on each floor were delivered like they have been used for several years in some other place and have been installed here just like that.
the cabin interior promised was full glossy panels but what was delivered was ss brush finish.
the handlebar inside the cabin was supposed to be a curved one but even that wasn't delivered.
The floor indicator and the floor buttons and the display board inside the cabin keep falling every now and then and on several calls, this has not been attended to.
on raising all these issues their MD Taufeeq says this is how they deliver and this is what is their quality. I was astonished by his reply and post that this person has never replied to any calls or msgs and he just ignores all the calls.
To top all this we had a complaint that lifts every 15 days stops functioning every now and then and in a matter of 6 months, the lift has stopped like at least 6 to 8 times while running and on complaining about this to him he says this is how lifts function. I'm totally shocked by his answer.
He has the audacity to say all the biggest brands function on the same and I can do whatever I want and this is how things will remain.
I'm attaching the images of the reported details here. After several complaints and requests, this person doesn't have the courtesy to even answer the calls or messages or even have the issues and snags attended.
I'm hence forced to write about them here, Their staff here say we cannot do anything till our boss tells us and we are helpless.
Mr. Taufeeq the so-called MD of the so-called elevator brand is so adamant and says his lifts are the best and I'm stuck nowhere after investing such huge values in the elevator.
They are based in Chennai and I really recommend everyone not to go with this brand.
