Worst Food I Have Ever Had. Review on Kailash Parbat, Lonavala, Pune

I went to lonavala yesterday(saturday),15th july with a group of friends we went to my friends bumgalow then in afternoon when we were hungry e decided to go to KAILASH PARBAT restaurant.wherewe always use to go.we ordered for soup,drinks and punjabi food. we ordered cheese rolls,rumali roti,malai kofta,yellow dal tadka,paneer tikka masala. but unfortunately this time we had one of the bad experience here. rumali roti was such that we cant even chew. cheese roll were full of oil as if it were dipped in oil. paneer was the worst.we can say it was like a rubber. the only thing fine was malai kofta ,that too v think v liked because we were hungry. but then we had to break our silence. of my friend got angry when he breaked the first piece of roti. we called the manager and showed him.we told we never had such bad RUMALIroti in life.he changed the roti and the 2nd which he got was the same.when we told him the manager told we make it like this only when v started our paneer ,then we called him again and told him to change and the answer we got was sir its perfectly fine.paneer is of good quality .and atlast v were hungry. vegetable in soups were raw. inshort it was like throwin 1100 rs. and we advised him to improve his food ,instead taking our advise he told us that the food was good sir. it was the worst food I have ever had we just had colddrinks,papad and mlai kofta plz guys next time u go there be careful.
