This film is based on the real-life of Lal Bihari Mritak. Bharat Lal( role played by versatile actor Pankaj Tripathy) , a villager and bandmaster want to grow his business with the consent of his wife( role played by Monal Gajjar) . He goes to the bank to take a loan and the bank employee told him that he would have to mortgage something for taking the loan. Bharat Lal decides to keep his some native land in the mortgage. For this Bharat Lal goes to his native village, but in the accountant( Lekhpal) office, he knew that he has been declared dead on papers. He goes to his uncle-aunt house to know the exact thing and where he knew that he has been declared dead by his uncle, aunt, and his cousin brothers. He went to many times at accountant office and also went many places and meet many peoples like village chief( Mukhiya) , etc. He got written many letters by the typist and sent many peoples like District Magistrate, Superintendent of Police, Chief Minister even Prime Minister but he couldn't prove that he is alive. One day he met with lawyer Sadhuram( played by famous comedian and versatile actor Satish Kaushik) . He sold his band shop for advocate fees and court case expenses. He did lots of things like added Mritak surname in his name, made Mritak Party, stand in the election but he failed in all these tries. He filed a case to cancel the election because he has died on paper then how can he stand in an election. He spreads papers with written "He is alive" in the legislative assembly as well. He failed in all tries. In these maximum tries and journeys a lady reporter, a cameraman, and lawyer Sadhuram help Bharat Lal many times. In the meantime, the lady reporter and cameraman got married to each other. After 19 years of his struggle, he procession out of the bier. On the same day, lawyer Sadhuram goes to Chief Minister and requested him to issue a letter that Bharat Lal is alive. Finally, Chief Minister issued a letter that Bharat Lal is alive.Songs of this film are not popular. The songs of this film seem to be folk song. This film is written and directed by famous comedian and versatile actor Satish Kaushik and produced by great actor Salman Khan and Satish Kaushik's production house. Others casts like Gujrati and South Indian films actress Monal Gajjar have done very good acting in this film. Mita Vashisht, Brijendra Kala, and Amar Upadhyay have also done good acting in this film. This film is available/streaming on Zee5 OTT platform. Overall very good and inspirational film and I am giving 4 stars to this film. This film teaches us that we should never give up. Topics and lessons of this film are excellent.
