I am Manas Panda, working with Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation, had been Transferred to Bangalore.
I went to Jyoti Best Packers and Movers_Lucknow to discuss my shifting issue.
I had a very good discussion with Mr. Dayanand Singh, Manager of Jyoti Best Packers and Movers_Lucknow on 10th.Feb.2022. An independent vehicle has been agreed at certain charges+ Insurance+ GST. Shifting date was scheduled for 12th Feb 2022.
I got a call from Mr. Dayanand Singh at 13:30 Hrs of 11th Feb.2022 that, the rate quotation which they have offered me is a mistake. They want 34 K extra to do the assignment else they will not do.
See my constraint, Shifting date was scheduled for 12th Feb 2022. I have my flight booked for 12. Feb. 2022 @ 5 PM. I got a call from Mr. Dayanand Singh at 13:30 Hrs on 11th Feb.2022. It was very hard to believe Jyoti Best Packers manager, who has offered me a rate and denied just 15 hrs before of the assignment.
It was very much difficult for me to again find out a transporter in a limited time. Finally I called the Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd(APML) and deal for the shifting /relocation on 12th Feb.2022.
Though it was a bit costlier, but everything was systematic and transparent. There were no hidden charges and everything was with a professional commitment.
Learning Lesson- Don't deal with local, Sadak Chap, unprofessional, unethical transporter for shifting of your household items. You can not relay on the assurance and false promises. Daily you are not shifting. It is once in 3-4 yrs. Pay 5-10 K extra for a professional agency and stay calm and relaxed. All your House Hold items will be delivered carefully.
Mr. Dayanand Singh, Manager of Jyoti Best Packers and Movers_Lucknow was telling me that, other transport companies are intentionally giving bad remarks to defame them. I can conclude from my case that, all the bad remarks/ review given to Jyoti Best Packers and Movers_Lucknow is true. They are really an Un professional company. Nobody knows, when they will change their stand and statement.
I have all the document evidence(Old and new quotation), all the WhatsApp conversation and voice recording to prove my remark against Jyoti Best Packers and Movers_Lucknow. as Unprofessional Transport Agency.
My sincere advice to Jyoti Best Packers and Movers_Lucknow that, please stop playing with customers. Your casual approach will ruin somebody's plan. Please have some courtesy, gentleness and professional ethics in your business.
