I have written many times to JUST DIAL to refund my money but no response. Now seriously looking for consumer court.
below is previous application I wish to bring to your notice that I made a purchase of JD Omni Product from your representative Mr Ronit Lahiri on 01/08/2016. Subsequent to this I was not informed regarding this product neither any confirmation not any further follow up regarding my mobile app, doctor horizontal software and website. On repeated hammering from our side they sent a guy(Mr Sourabh Srivastava, mobile no+918882420207) who gave me a so-called basic knowledge about how to use mobile apps and when I asked how to use my app then he told I will teach you later regarding this because I have to visit 32 clients today. After that his mobile is out of reach. Then I started hammering Mr Ronit Lahiri but after 2 call he refused to help as he is only new customer trapper. I called to JD Omni customer care they refused to help and told that concerned department will contact within 24-72 hours but no one contacted me. After 15 days one lady came into scene named SHASHI(Mobile no. 9873594787), she handed over a contact no.(on phone) of JD Omni customer care and informed me that I am not from JD Omni so you call on this no and please inform me what JD Omni customer care told you then I will coordinate(I have recording of all which is kept secure). I told many times that change my id “ MAWKISH – doctor 4 home visit” from “MAWKISH DOCTOR 4 HOME VISIT”. Every time Patient call in clinic and say “is it mawkish doctor?” Your company modified my name without my permission and after repeated request they remain silent so I think it has some legal implication also. Anyway this is the whole story regarding your product and services. Now come to my point
It is dynamic website with wrapper which is using on mobile
All apps from JD Omni are same either it is of JD or jewellery shop or sweet shops or doctor or any other vender
They told me it is customizable but no it is not customisable, rather you can change name and picture only. You cannot change layout
Following defects and deficiencies is seen after sale service thereof as promised by your representative(Mr Ronit Lahiri) at the time making sale-
a. I am not given any USER ID OR PASSWORD of the mobile apps after more than 70 days in spite of continuous follow up and your promise of the same
b. There are multiple promises made by your representative but not delivered within time(I have written proof given by Mr. Ronit Lahiri)
c. Repeatedly informed about name change of my registered id “MAWKISH – doctor 4 home visit” from “MAWKISH DOCTOR 4 HOME VISIT”.
d. The layout is not acceptable as it looks like very cheap and also not user friendly(DEMO app installed by your representative mr. sourabh) e. The delivery date as promised(within the same day) was not honoured
f. In spite of continuous call from my side no positive response received causing great deal of mental and financial loss to me. In light of the above I am forced to write you this letter in hope that you take cognisance of the difficulties faced by me and offer me suitable redressal by refunding my full payment I have paid including monthly instalments till now. If I do not get proper remedy within 48 hours of this letter, I also draw to your notice that I am free to approach any higher authority orforum and social media on your failure to address the above issues.
