Well first of all I would never want anyone to visit any hospital ever. I wish everyone stays fit & safe & never get a chance to see any hospital. I had myself never imagined that I would have to be in 1 but as it's said, what's written is bound to happen. Anyways, if in case God forbidden someone needs medical aid, Jupiter is the Best Hospital I have ever come across. I have been to hospitals to meet relatives & friends who were admitted there but none of these have been at par with Jupiter.

I met with a road accident on 21st Dec 2011 & was admitted in Jupiter hospital for 6 days. I was on my bike when a car dashed me( or it can be said we dashed each other because of a tempo coming in opposite direction on highway). I had some severe injuries on head, knee, elbows & a fractured collar bone.

The Car owner first took me to a near-by local hospital but I insisted him to take me to some hospital near my house in Thane & the first name that came to my mind was Jupiter. Having heard about it & having seen it, I preferred going there.

As soon as we reached there, immediate action was taken without the staff asking for police complain or anything. In the previous hospital where I just took some first-aid, the doctor asked to register a police complain before doing any surgery. However here in Jupiter, the staff was really very quick in action.

They got the wheel chair & took me to the casualty ward & started cleaning all wounds & started the saline & things in a flash. A doctor simultaneously took my details & asked me too call my parents whom I called then. An Orthopedic doctor soon came & examined me too. By the time my parents came, the staff was ready to take me for X-ray, C.T. Scan & other tests.

These tests were done in the next 20-25 mins in the hospital. The infrastructure is simply awesome & no less than the modern days shopping complex. After these test reports were handed over to docs & they started with the stitches & dressings wherever required.

All this was done in a couple of hours & I was shifted to my room which was on the 4th floor of the 5-storeyed building. The room was also like a hotel room with a LCD TV, incline-able bed, a bed for relative to sleep, good a/c, a remote to call the staff for any help. It was a twin sharing room separated by a curtain. The wash-room was very hygienic & well maintained.

The staff was really very very nice. All doctors, sisters, ward boys, pantry staff, cleaning staff, nutritionist, the staff at X-ray room, C.T.scan etc, all did their job with a smile & were very helpful & polite. I used to call the sister if I had any problem with the saline thing & they used to be there immediately. The patient sharing my room was a 50+ man with heart problem. He used to call the sister every 10-15 mins but they were never irritated or angry even for small issues like getting pillow or ac or anything.

2-3 Doctors visit every morning for check-up. All specialist(ENT, OPD etc.) came for check-ups. Dressing was changed every alternate day. A nutritionist would come everyday to ask about the food & if there was any problem with it. The Pantry staff were punctual & would always get food on time. On a few occasions I was asleep when they got food, so they got it changed when I got up. The food was also quite good unlike the normal hospital food. It contained the right amount of nutrition n taste too.

Ward boys served with a smile even at 3 in the night. I used to need support to walk till the wash-room & they would lend their hand happily. In short, you don't need to worry for anything once you are here. Medicines, clothes, food etc everything will be looked after by them. You just need to pay (well that's unavoidable anyways :)

Comfort & prompt service comes with a price & being a 5-star hospital, it's got pretty decent rates. My total bill for 5 days(discharged on 6th day morning) was around 50 grands(though I was just operated once for the stitches). Anyways, Life is more precious than money & one shouldn't hesitate spending on health & body.

I would fully recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical help.

P. S. : Can't comment on the doctors related to major problems, but I think they would definately maintain the high standard & would appoint the best for each thing.
