CHEATERS. WORRSSSSESSSST LOGISTICS EVER. Review on JRJ Logistics

Just an 8 month old Privately Incorporated Company (as per ROC Registration details available), JRJ Logistics is the Most Unprofessional and Full Of Complete Failures in Commitments Logistic Company we experienced in October 2022. Cheap Derogatory Filthy Abusive Language used by them and their friends/ relatives on Social Media when negative reviews given. That’s too dangerous to deal. They might come home to hit you after all this Provocation and original negative reviews ???? Their every commitment has to be taken with Pinch of salt as it's ALWAYS Complete bull-Crap and Lies and none of your efficient deliveries will happen. You will end up lifting Furniture yourself. The Directors record your conversation when you angry for their inefficiencies and Torture and threaten to expose you as to why you screamed at them. All their Friends and Relatives are made to listen to your recorded conversations, which is Invasion of Privacy.

The Most Stressful, Painful, Challenging, Difficult, Traumatic and Headache House Shifting Contract we have ever given to JRJ Logistics. It was a Nightmarish Experience. Even though we paid a premium from first quote received to have hassle-free logistics, we went through HARROWING 3 days of our lives dealing with these people. When confronted they don't answer their phones and eventually scream at you blaming you for harassment stating that the team had to be admitted to hospital becoz of our calls. Ironically we were told that 2 director and staff had to be hospitalized since we kept calling asking why loading and despatch were so badly messed up.

After they load your goods into their Possession, Demands will start with Blackmails and Threats of confiscating your goods to their warehouse and threats of additional charge of 5000 rupees for eventually delivering your goods. Plus 500 rupees per day for warehousing.

Our initial Contract of Rupees 31000/-became a demand of rupees 65000/- once our furniture came in their possession. Every commitment is a lie. JRJ team Claims to be owning 250 vehicles but what we experienced is that their vehicles are outsourced to other transport companies. Even their destination unloading labour is daily contractors and you will end up lifting and unloading your own furniture like we had to.

Packaging is shabby with few of our furniture damaged in transit. Even though they claim Insurance is paid for by us, they do not take Insurance. Only after your goods are broken, Insurance will be applied for (isn't this an Insurance fraud).

On following up they will not entertain you and demand more money. Since our furniture were held at ransom, we had to settle halfway on amount, pay upfront, unload furniture ourselves at our destination to finally get ourselves out of this mess. No one supervises packaging, item listing, loading and unloading and we are left at mercy of outsourced Labourers and drivers. JRJ Logistics claim to be ISO Certified but not even 10% of Professional approach is adhered to.

I guarantee that they will respond to this feedback stating that One cupboard and sofa were extra and we lied (that doesn't justify a 110% Hike and the Harassment, Pain and Mental Trauma we went through apart from paying Thousands extra else we wouldn't receive our expensive goods) and our Trauma as been the WORST with this MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company. We are initiating all steps to check how this Unprofessional Operations can be certified as ISO??

Take our word, we have gone through HELL dealing with these guys, God saves people who have to depend on such Naive, Unethical, Unprofessional, Unscrupulous Companies who promise you the moon but give you stress, pain and trauma of a lifetime.
