KTM JORHAT. Review on Jorhat KTM - Tarajan - Jorhat

Apart from guwahati, KTM has established their first dealship in jorhat in assam.So , all the customers from upper assam had to came to jorhat to buy any ktm product.So, it has got massive polularity from the young people who are the die hard fan of ktm motorcycles. Finance plans: I don't own any ktm bike.But I am a big fan of ktm machines.So I have visited a lot of times.From that I came to know too many things about them.First of all they charges a high tax than other ktm dealers , which is a unbearable. Service & support: Their service is good but I have seen there is only one guy who used to service all the bkies including duke 200, 390, rc 200, rc 390, & ninja 250 & 300 as they sells kawasaki bikes also, which is quite dissapointing.There shoud be atleast 4 or 5 people at the service centre so that they can do all the work smoothly.In the name of servicing the customers have to wait almost a day , ie very irritating. Staff courtesy: ktm staffs are good.But the fact is that if you are going to book a bike then they will welcome you in such a way that you will be surprised in their usual behaviour, you will feel like they are so good.But once you buy & if you ask them or call them regarding service & all these they will show their attitude. Timeliness: usually they delivers bikes in a single day, if all the documentation process have completed.But in the servicing you have to wait a lot & have to go through lot of pain. Rest all is good.It is upto you.If you want to buy from here , ok fine, no prblem.All ktm machines comes with same specification.If you can bear all these, then visit ktm jorhat.
