Placed an online order with Jockey.in for 3 T-shirts on 06/11/2020.
Received one of the T-Shirts in a damaged condition on 09/11/2020.
Returned the defective product immediately through their own courier.
Though they have confirmed the receipt of material, till date, there is no response from Jockey on refund / replacement.
I have tried to reach out to them both on their customer care number and through email.
No response.
Please do not get cheated by their online portal.
If you like the product, buy it from reliable portals such as amazon / flipkart.
Jockey is self-sabotaging their customer base by getting into such dirty practices.
