Jism - Which means the body is about Kabir Lal(John Abraham) who as per the character is a lawyer. However throughout the movie he has been shown just boozing around and never shown attending any case. Kabir Lal meets Soniya (Bipasha Basu) who is married to a rich business man Rohit (Gulshan Grover).
Kabir Lal falls in love with Soniya Oooops.. sorry he falls in love with Soniya's Jism, its nothing but Kabir Lal's goodluck that Soniya too reveals to him that she is not very happy with Rohit.
Kabir Lal and Soniya unite and plots to get rid of Rohit. Kabir Lal to win Soniya murders Rohit.
Did the hands of law nab Kabir Lal and Soniya for the murder of Kabir Lal or do they walk away with the huge property of Rohit. Does Kabir Lal defend himself in the court ? Does Kabir Lal get Soniya along with the treasure ? The answer to all such questions can be found in Jism.
A lot was reported about the hot and revealing scenes of Bipasha but after watching the movie I was totally disappointed as nothing of that sort was shown in the movie. The extent to which Bipasha has exposed is nothing new to her as she has done it in many of her previous movies.
Music by MM Kreem is not that praiseworthy. The biggest question that arises after release of Jism is that where has that Mahesh Bhatt who has directed movies like Saaransh, Naam and Arth disappeared. The standard of Mahesh Bhatt is deteriorating day by day. Jism is a proof of it.
Performance wise Bipasha is her usual little acting more exposing, newcomer John Abraham has done a good job in his first movie. Gulshan Grover has done his part well.
Watch Jism only if you are too keen to watch Bipasha's JISM, especially the scene where Raj rubs a piece of ice all over Soniya's body has been filmed well.
