Cheating the customer. Review on Jiomart

I had ordered cheese slices of 200gms and they had provided me with the magic maggie masala of 15 sachets.Immediately I contacted the customer care and told them either to return or refund my money.Obviously, they told me to wait for 24 to 48 hours.Now four days is already over and I raised a ticket and again called the customer care.Now they are telling me to wait again for 24 to 48 hours.Maybe I have to wait throughout my whole life to get my money back.Then also I dont think they are going to refund .I don't know what type of service they are giving to the customers.They are the best cheaters in the world.Customer care is so bad that they are not even bothered to solve our issue.Only thing they can tell us is that they have escalated our issue to the top level.It is just like an automated message.Following up is not their duty.I don't know who has trained these representatives.Definitely we should boycott all their products since they are just playing with the customers money and wasting our valuable time.It is a big and careless mistake from their end and if we are doing like this then they will ask us to pay the amount with fine and that too a big amount as fine.But as a customer they can do whatever they want.We are not asking any interest .We are asking fir the amount we spent for that item.That itself they are not ready to refund.So they themselves proves that they are not at all trustworthy
