I ordered at Hyderabad. Booking slots or tracking options are pathetic. Even the customer care service is pathetic, it goes round and round with IVR Service pressing a huge list of numbers.
The order given goes to the local Reliance Fresh, for me the nearest is 3.1 km from my residence. The majority of the products that I ordered are not available or applicable in the local store. This means my booking time is wasted and the money that I have online paid is stuck in my account on their app as they don't have a refund option.
Whatever is closest to the item you ordered when the store employees bundle it. Only current store promotions are valid. not the thing you ordered online. Finally, they present a freshly prepared bill based on the most recent retail prices. So it's like hesitantly asking the store clerk to supply a list of a few things at his current store prices and specials.
I ordered the two cool drink pet bottles and both were leaking. I couldn't find any RETURN or REFUND option from my order list. Even calling the provided number to contact customer support is useless. There is essentially no procedure for resolving issues. You're absolutely at the mercy of the local reliance store that distributes. And they deliver spoiled and damaged goods on purpose to get rid of them. We are unable to act or return because they already know. The brand is being destroyed from the beginning.
You'll be shocked to learn that the items and prices from your online order have altered. I gather from the other responses that the experience is the same all over India.
When Jio Mart opted to apply current store prices and offers with new billing while also linking the order to a nearby store, they made a huge mistake. They also alter your order, which is a terrible decision.
