Problems With Jio. Review on Jio

Hello my name is bhavya I am using jio number for the last 2 years but as I was facing a problem from jio service so I didn't do any recharge on my number

so some days back I got a call from Jio that please recharge or else your number will get deactivated so I went forward and recharged for 719rs on my number for 84 days

since the day I have recharged I am not setting full network anywhere not at home not at the office, my internet speed it below 5mbps, cant even call people sometime so I simply called customer care and complained about the response I got from jio was sir we are facing technical issues from last some days AS MANY USERS ARE USING ARE SERVICE SIMULATELOUSLY my simple reply was is it my fault people are using your services they shouldn't have called me to recharge the number when they can't even provide proper services to people

and when I asked for my money back they say money cannot be refunded

SO WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CANT USE THE SERVICES

I CAN'T GET A REFUND
