I'm writing this review upon receiving the below response from the shameless Jiomart customer service 8 days after I raised the issue of damaged and stale items delivered in my order.
"We have raised your complaint and your SR number is_00XXXXX3 Our team will get back to you on priority."
Another reason that prompted me to write this review is that for the past week there have been 20+ emails exchanged on this issue but the Jiomart customer service is clueless how to serve the customer.
It all started last week after I received a bunch of foul smelling food items that Jiomart should have clearly thrown away at least a week back, but they thought it would be better to sell these stale and damaged products to the customer during the pandemic and make money. So they neatly packed all these items without quality check and sent them over.
For the past 8 days the customer service team at Jiomart is sending meaningless emails with the intention not to refund.
Grofers and Bigbasket are much much better than Jiomart in both customer service and the quality of products delivered. Stay away from Jiomart
