The jiofibre connection is not yet available at my place but since I requested, wiring from a longer distance was done and I’m grateful for that. Trial pack is a must they said before proceeding with the regular pack and we agreed as they said the entire amount of trail pack would be refunded. After deactivation of trial pack, the dedicated engineer never came to pick up the trail pack and came recently and now the entire jio team says we have returned after 60 days and we aren’t eligible for the complete refund. The fault was from their bloody engineer who never turned up and this is how they eat customers money by cheating us. I need the remaining refund or I’ll damage the current pack and return the same as a loss for both of us! Cheap fraudsters eating money this way! Worst service, even if the service is provided in your area, don’t buy it. They just fake and eat out money!
