I got this connection a month back and have been calling the technical people from day 1 and telling them the same story everday that the speed that was promised is not what we are getting.
Mine is a 100mbs plan and I rarely get a speed of 40 and god knows why this speed decreases in the night after 9 PM, which I have told everyone who had visited me and even on the call.
I was told by one executive if I have the same issue again and again they will replace the device but now when I called them up I got a reply as to “mam your device was not registered with us and now we have registered it so now there will be no problem with the speed”. Can anyone tell me after a month if I get such a reply what sholud I do?
