Complaint made to honble home minister against jio. Review on Jio Fiber

Hon'ble Sir, For Ambani's alleged corruption and wrongs, the opposition parties alleged that our honorable Prime Minister is patronizing him for the same being close to him and even called him chowkidar Chor hei for months to his and the Govt.'s great humiliation and insult. I wrote good number of mails, letters on public platforms against those who made these allegations thinking that Ambani is an honest and gentle person. But now I myself have found him more corrupt and criminal minded than what the people alleged. Leave apart the loot made by his companies like Jio during Carona days when the entire nation was under great panic and all God loving and God Feary people were doing charity but his companies were still openly exploiting the people to loot and cheat them by demanding monthly subscription for their internet connections twice -thrice in the same month, they even were looting people by keeping them as hostages in their stores for hours together and allowed the people to come out of their stores only after looting them. I am 76 years old and my wife is of 70 years . We had to visit their store in Acharya Niketan to get sims of our respective mobile phone on 30.5.2020 when it was all most all vacant. We were taken in by men of Ambani and told that we will have to buy new phones from them for the sims of our mobile phones for getting sims of our telephone Numbers operated by them/Jio. We told them that we have phones then why should we buy new phones from them. But they did not agree to issue sims of our phones without our buying new phones from them at their rates and exploited our need for phone sims which were badly needed in view of carona days to get connected with our children, relatives, friends and others needed in emergency. For 3 hours they kept us as hostages in their store on 30.5.2020 and during these three hours kept on harassing, coercing, humiliating, threatening and abusing us to force us to buy new phones from them for getting sims of our already existing phones. Their these criminalities are captured in our phone No. 9968279915 and gmail account on which side by side they kept on sending notifications, passwords for all these 3 hours to show that we were retained in the show room for issuing sims of our phone which work needed just 3 -4 minutes otherwise and not 3 hours. Since we under their criminalities had to agree to buy one new phone from them in Rs 10, 000/- which later on was found to be just of Rs 8, 000/- in the market only oner sim was issued. Since we did not buy second new phone sim for my wife's phone No. 962524XXXX was not issued despite keeping on sending notifications, passwords etc for issuing the same in 3 hours of our criminal retention by goons of Ambani.

We lodged police complaints one after the other but all in vain and we came to know that no action on the same will be taken as Ambani is friend of many men in position. We then filed a criminal case against the Ambani's jio and other concerned but the ld CMM twisted facts of the case to save jAmbani's men from their criminal prosecution and complaint against him too was made to the Hon'ble Mr. Chief Justice of India . But it became crystal clear that action against Ambany's goons for their crimes was difficult to be taken due to his high connections. Getting encouraged by it, these Ambany's goons being expert in hacking every internet connection of any one have been keeping my internet connections of printer, laptop and mobile hacked to obstruct my using the same as per my requirement . Due to it I could not even write my articles, messages, mails and take their prints for propagating in the elections in favour of BJP which I had been doing in all earlier elections. Needless to mention that hacking any ones internet connection and obstructing his working on it is a serious crime of cognizable nature as it not only deprives him from his constitutional right to life and liberty granted under Article 21 of the constitution but put him in great harassment and discomfort when despite having been spending monthly charges for the use of internet connection taken from the other service provider Airtel he is not in a position to use the same and cant even take prints of his medical reports due to hacking of the same also by Ambani's goons. Ambani is known to be very rich and therefore it was not expected from him that he will go so low and indulge in such cheap and mean activities like hacking of my internet connections to retain the looted money in his treasure and not to pay the same to me despite crimes of his goons are captured in our phones and gmail accounts as above besides his doing so to save his goons involved in the crimes of cognizable nature from their criminal prosecution and punishment. All most all other industrialist in India are addressed with great respect due to their charity and good deeds but this Ambani gets abuses of the people even in writing on consumer sites due to his and criminalities of his goons. People write to . their mothers, wives, daughters and sisters for their crimes particularly when on complaints made against their crimes they always write that they could not understand the same and tease the complainant with it and force him to then pray God to end their lives in general good of the people. This Ambani is already a punished man by the almighty on different fronts including that his children are suffering from lives threatening ailments and are on steroids and had it been with some other person he would have started doing good deeds to get blessings of general public and stopped his evil deeds to avoid their further curses. for getting relief to his ailing children at least and if not for other sufferings. But Ambani is continuing his evil deeds with more determination and the example of the same is his getting internet connections of my printer, laptop and mobile hacked to harass and put me to my undue discomforts just because I have proceeded against him for his daring looting, cheating and attempting on our lives for the same as above. His no deal is found honest. His company Jio introduced many plans by taking security deposits of huge amounts from their customers with promise to refund the same as and when they demand the same back on leaving their connection but never does so and loot all the customers by retaining their security deposits of huge amounts. Their cries on this account too can be read on different consumer sites, It is recorded fact that Ambani and his companies are looting cheating defrauding people and to avoid action against them misuse their connections with certain men in position and thereby get bad name to the govt. also and getting benefit of it the opposition parties of India openly allege that Ambani is shielded for his various wrongs and if they came to power they will put him behind the bar. I am without internet use due to the criminal ha of the same by Ambani's men and if the same is not restored immediately I will have to resort to different legal actions for the same and may have to proceed in the High court or Supreme court by making others also parties in the same whom complaints against his illegalities and criminalities were made but they did not take action against him. I am a born BJP man and therefore request you with folded hands to keep Ambani at distance to clear general impression in public that he is patronized by the Govt., Regards.
