Sahara Airlines is a good airlines company. Once it went on air, (:-)) it actually has given Jet a run for its money. It has been innovative all through - ticket bidding on most sectors, goods auction inside the flight are some of its innovative thinkings for the passengers. If I am not wrong, they only started the apex fare schemes, which was later followed by the other airlines. (Readers please correct me if I am wrong.)
So far, so good. The trouble starts off-route.
I had recently purchased a full fare ticket on Pune-Kolkata sector on a credit card from their Lohegaon Airport, Pune office. Later, the plans changed and I had to cancel the ticket from their Sasson Road, Pune office. They issued me a credit voucher, but have not credited the money back to my credit card account. Once I visited their office at Lohegaon airport, Pune and I enquired about this. They politily advised me to contact their Sasson Road office. I told that in this internet age, computer network age, why have we run around from one place to another - the data should be available on the systems there. But nothing doing. I have also put an e-mail, but no response.
