I would like to warn travelers against Jet Airways they are running their business in 3 different names 1 Jet Airways 2 Jet Konnection(earlier known as sahara airlines) 3 Ehtiaad Airlines if you check the flights from Mumbai to Cochin 1 Jet Airways 9W-403 2 JetKonnect S2-5769 3 Ehtiaad EY-8795.
All these 3 flights leaving from Mumbai at 1:25 PM and reaching at 3:35 PM but how can be there be 3 planes taking off and landing at the same time from the same runway? they have only one Jet Airways plane a Boeing 737-800.
All the passengers of 9W-403/S2-5769/EY-8795 fly in the same plane Likewise, the same plane goes back to Mumbai as 9W-404/S2-5824/EY-8796 take off at 16:20 landing at 18:15 Now consider this if you book JetKonnect they charge you 5, 682 if you book Jet Airways 6, 280 One-Way 1 adult economy class if you book round trip JetKonnect is 9, 866 and Jet Airways is 10, 863 they are doing business in the name of a Bankrupt, fraud airline whose owner is in Tihaar Jail and they are promoting it by selling 10% cheaper than their own tickets. if you check on the Etihad website.
The system does not even recognize that any of the domestic flights even exists. so someone coming from international does not have direct flight to cochin are offered these flight as connecting flights. All the JetKonnect and Etihad domestic flight numbers exist only on paper there are no such flights at all they are only fake alias flight numbers for the same Jet airways plane I got this sms today Dear Guest, Pls note 9W403 on 19Jan15 will reach COK early at 1530 hrs. Regret inconvenience caused. I would like someone to explain 3 things A. How can you predict 4 months in advance that the plane is is going to be early only by 5 minutes nothing more or nothing less? B. Why are you sending me an Sms with 9w403 when my ticket is for Jetkonnect s2-5769? We are supposed to be "accommodated" on the same plane but the flight code number is different. This is totally unprofessional and shocking. C. If it is 5 minutes early how is it an inconvenience to me? I have not flown yet so my rating is what I expect I will update the ratings as per my experience after I fly in January so watch this space for more.
