I purchased Iffalcon 55 inch TV from Flipkart with 2 years extended warranty from Jeeves.
There was a simple issue which I escalated i.e. my TV was not able to connect to Wi-Fi, the issue was escalated on 5th August 2020. Their engineer Prashant came after 7-10 days to check the issue and he told that its software has to be updated. I agreed with that. He came again after 7-10 days with the pan drive. However, when he was updating the software the motherboard of the TV shortcircuited. He then took photos and made video of the TV and placed an order of the motherboard. However, it took them one month to come back with a motherboard which was eventually not working. So, he followed the same procedure and took photos and made video of the TV to place the order of motherboard again. But even after 20-30 calls after that day they give false promises that they will resolve the issue by either refund or replacement in 48 hours but it is already more than 4 months and neither they are refunding the amount nor they are repairing the TV nor replacing it.
It has became headache and waste of time listening to lies and false promises.
My hard earned money is completely wasted by purchasing TV on Flipkart.
