I have installed this expensive brand's bathroom accessories in my home, Don't get me wrong, the taps look and feel like they are of high quality, and the material is stainless steel. but for the price you're paying the operational quality is not upto the mark.
eg. The pull up lever of shower mixed gets clogged every 2-3 months and we have to call the service guy for cleanup.
The mixer itself is faulty, often the shower and the tap both work at the same time esp. when you use the tap tje shower always leaks.
I have also used some plumber brand accessories and they are working better and cost less than half of this. But yes the service and after sales support is impeccable and the service person arrives at a single call.
