Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with Jaquar. It was best company of bathroom taps and and other items of bathroom. This company was very trustable because of it's goodwill. So, I was blindly buying it's products. But I was not expecting this type of service with this company.
Last year I was fitting Jaquar taps in my new builds? house bathrooms. In starting 2-3 months taps was working good. It doesn't giving any problems. The part of taps was well fitted. But after 3 months later the taps parts was loosing and when ever I was use the tap it was always leaking the lock of tap from where we were open the tap it was damaged. And the shower also leaking drop drop water everytime. The stainless steel body was very low quality. So, it was very weak and poor in durability.
When I was calling to customer service they told they send person tommorow and the customer service man was come next day and he was charging 800 RS for repairing. So, the customer service was very costly and weak.
But the tap was user friendly. it was vary easy to use not making any difficulty to use. The tap of Jaquar was very handy light in weight and easy to carry. But the cost of this tap was very high.
There was lots of Design and style of Jaquar taps but some are easy to use and some are difficult to use the design and style of tape was good , simple and little attractive.
But because of durability and customer service I was facing lots of problems. So I was not recommend to use this company and I will give it 1 out of 5
