We purchased a flat at Janapriya metropolis a couple of years back and I must say it was a good choice. We were initially apprehensive about buying but once we made the decision.
It was all good. The price is very affordable, in fact, atleast 30% less than competition in same area and the construction quality is also decent.
Only thing is the builder delayed the delivery by around 3 months. Water has been a problem initially but we are now getting manjeera connection and so it's fine now. The resale value is great so if you're looking for investing, the houses are a great option.
