I bought the Jaipan food processor online three months before for INR 5995.I used a kenstar processor earlier and my friend suggested me Jaipan food processor. Just after about 1 month, it started choking up, no matter how nicely I cleaned it and finally it stopped working. The user manual which came with it is also very difficult to comprehend.
Although it comes with a guarantee of 12 years, its mixer stops in about a month, and there have not yet been any kind of positive replies from the service centre people. I can’t say whether all the products of Jaipan are as bad as mine came out to be or whether my particular item was the only rotten apple in the basket. But I would not recommend this product to anyone at any cost.
