I am a regular customer at Jabong and have been using this site for purchase for many years now. I was very happy and was recommending this to family and friends until now. What happened to me is very unfortunate as a loyal customer but at the same time, I am shocked to see that there is such a huge flaw in the whole system of the company.


On 13th June 2019, I have placed an order with Jabong ORDER NO: 1112301-5658799-9813301. The total order was for 6 items and the amount was Rs 3559.


This order was delivered on 18th June 2019. Of this order the particular item ROADSTER- Maroon and Beige Self Design Front Open there was a problem in the size so I requested for a return.


On 25th June 2019, your executive came to take the return. At that moment I was in the office and my maid was at home. The maid is not that well versed in the language Tamil which the executive was using she got confused and showed him three items.


1. The Roadster product which he came to pick.


2. One Overcoat worth Rs 2449 which I bought from Amazon and was kept for return(I am attaching the details with this mail).


3. One First Cry Baby T-SHIRT.


The executive from the three products took my Overcoat from Amazon and left. I believe when the executive comes for pickup they have a clear picture and detail of the item that they need to be picked. But in spite of that, he took away my Overcoat.


Once I was back from the office and my maid told me what happened immediately I called your customer care. The customer care representative told me that the product has gone for quality check and he can't do anything. I have to wait for 48 hours and then I will get an update on mail.


I waited till 28th June 2019 afternoon. Then again I called the customer care then an executive named Himangshu spoke to me. When I told him the whole story he told that he has raised a complaint and it will be resolved before the 1st of July. When asked about the complaint number he told that it will be mailed to me. But actually, nothing came in the mail.


At around 10 pm I got an email as well as message that quality has approved and the amount will be refunded. I was shocked because the product is still at my place and how can quality approve a wrong product. Immediately I called Jabong call centre again and then another executive after hearing the whole story told me that nothing can be done right now and he was telling me its all because of my fault. I mean how lame and unprofessional reply it was.


First of all, you people are picking up the wrong product without checking and then quality is passing that product which is strange. They are refunding me Rs 471 whereas my Overcoat was worth Rs 2449. I was supposed to return this item immediately now it's stuck with your people.


I am attaching pictures of the ROADSTER product which is still at my place and I am attaching the Amazon product which your executive picked up.


Now after many mails and calls the Jabong Team is telling sorry and they cant help me in any way.


What kind of professionalism is this ?
