Products are good most of the times. But the WORST part of Jabong is the WORST Staff, the Returns and Refunds Policy. The toll free never lifts, the mail never answers. The amount on refund never turns back to the bank. The delivery communication is lethargic. Handover Jabong to any Roadside Milk Vendor or Newspaper Seller, they do much and much more better than the existing staff.
