ixigo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I called Ixigo Customer Care to clarify a doubt regarding their guaranteed trip. When I contacted their customer care, they told me to complete the booking first and then call them for any queries. After that, they hung up the call.
First of all, there is no way to contact them directly through the app. While the app has a customer care option, you can never reach an agent. I only found their customer care number through Google. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a terrible experience. They showed no respect for the customer, even though we are the ones paying for the trip.
So, to anyone thinking of booking through Ixigo, I recommend considering other options
