I booked a train from ixigo almost 7 days ago under travel guarantee but since the ticket was not confirmed, I was given the option of travel coupon which does not work. ixigo has made the process of availing coupon such that no normal person can avail it. I have called customer care 4 times and asked but there is no response, they are wasting time and their terms are such that their coupon has to be availed only after booking the ticket within one week and travelling date should also be within the same one week. This is a big fraud by them and from today onwards I will not book any ticket from you and will also file a complaint against them.
